Only one of every hundred of the longest, finest filler leaves grown in the Dominican Republic meets the standards for Partagas Limited Reserve. To ensure that each of the cigars has the richest of the wrappers, only an average of three in a thousand are selected from the Partagas reserves of the world’s best Cameroon wrappers. And after the cigars are rolled, finished and aged in a room built entirely of Spanish cedar, they are inspected one by one for final.
